All jewelry is water resistant unless stated otherwise- this ensures you can bring the coast with you any and everywhere without the stress of ever having to take it off! If anything would ever happen to your piece- email us with pictures and a description and we will make sure it is fixed appropriately!

You can reach us anytime via our contact page or email. We aim to respond quickly—usually within one business day. Refund and return information can be found below.
If you’re not fully satisfied, return the item within 30 days for a full refund or an exchange. Contact us at calicoscallopco.com to start the return. Refunds are processed 5–10 days after we receive the item. If an item is damaged, email us with details and we’ll work on a solution.
